Overview

To facilitate the dissemination and advancement of digital transformation (DX) in healthcare and long-term care across Nara Prefecture, we conduct research, education, and outreach activities focusing on the following three key areas

• Promotion of healthcare DX through the training of medical informatics professionals and collaboration among healthcare institutions
• Development of information systems that enable improvements in healthcare quality and patient safety through data-driven approaches utilizing ICT infrastructure
• Realization of collaboration between the healthcare and long-term care sectors in accordance with the Nara Digital Strategy
