Overview

Department of Community Medicine is managing medical careers of the students and physicians who received scholarship funded by Nara Prefecture to match their medical dedication in Nara with the medical needs of the community(especially in the underserved area). Our research is focusing on the appropriate health care delivery in Nara and main research interests are 1) appropriate and efficient health care system organization in the community, 2) proper physician placement in the community, and 3) more organized doctor recruitment system which is collaborated with medical specialty sections in the university hospital.
