There is a wide variety of sleep-related disorders, including sleep-disordered breathing, insomnia, hypersomnia, and parasomnia. All of these disorders require interprofessional collaboration involving doctors, nurses, medical technologists, clinical psychologists, and other professionals. Therefore, we conduct research for the establishment of individualized therapies based on interprofessional collaboration. In particular, improving adherence to CPAP/NPPV therapy for various sleep-disordered breathing conditions, including sleep apnea syndrome, is an urgent issue. We also focus on sleep hygiene guidance, as an inappropriate sleep environment may affect treatment.
